Limits and usage
The Billing & Usage page answers two questions: what does my plan allow, and how much of it have I used?
What a plan limits

| Modules per project | Modules attached to one project — the limit that locks some templates at creation |
| Records | Rows across the whole workspace |

Usage by project
Under the limits, "Usage by project" breaks down where your records went. "Show breakdown" opens the list, "Hide breakdown" folds it away.
This is what you want as you approach the record limit: which project eats the most, and does it hold trial data you can delete?
When you hit a limit
The same goes for adding a user past the user limit, or a project past the project limit.
